I recently decided that I was going to purchase or lease a new Honda Accord or Toyota Camry to replace my existing 2007 Honda Accord which I had originally purchased from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. After I v a new Honda Accord or Toyota Camry to replace my existing 2007 Honda Accord which I had originally purchased from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. After I visited two Toyota dealerships to test drive the Camry, I visited two Honda dealerships (Herb Chambers of Seekonk was one) to test drive the Accord. I worked with Cliff Stern who was extremely helpful and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I test drove the Accord and I was extremely pleased with its performance and safety features. When I decided that I was going to choose the Honda Accord, Scott Birtles (Sales Manager) made my decision an easy one. He indicated that he wanted me to remain a faithful customer of Herb Chambers and made me an offer that I could not refuse. This is the third consecutive Honda Accord that I have purchased/leased from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. I want to personally thank Cliff Stern and Scott Birtles for keeping me as one of their regular customers. I also want to indicate that all the staff at Herb Chambers of Seekonk made my recent visit another pleasurable one. My experience at the dealership was nothing short of perfect. John Henriques listened when I explained what I needed and then put together a package that was the perfect fit at an excellent price. After my car broke down for good last Friday, I started looking at buying a car. Everyone at Herb Chambers Honda- Seekonk Busted their xxxxx (pardon the French) to get me to drive away. I had been to Hurd Chevy, Tasca Ford/Mazda- Cranston, Balise Chevy, Prestige 2, All Star Auto- W. Bridgewater just to name a few. Some did put in some good effort but not enough to make anything happen. I only met Maged, Bil, Paul, and I had even went to Scott being the manager because I was so desparate to get into a car and was told that Jose was involved in my sale whom I did not meet and I have no idea if there was anyone else involved but I was happy with the experience. So THANK YOU to ALL that were involved!!!! More

Having bought my first pre-owned certified Honda from Herb Chambers of Seekonk 13 years ago, I returned to purchase another. I met with General Manager, Scott, and salesperson, Krista. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for within my budget and Krista and I test-drove a couple of cars to narrow down models. We came to an agreement on a price, including my trade-in, and what any additional costs would be. Over the next month Krista diligently looked for ‘my’ car, contacting me with possibilities as they came in. I returned to the lot several times to check the stock, and the sales staff were always pleasant. Krista was patient, personable, and knowledgeable. She promptly answered questions by phone or email. Scott came by the closing to check that my car was all set for me at the end. This dealership is very customer-service oriented, friendly and thoughtful and makes the stressful task of buying a car, bearable! More

On memorial day weekend, my husband and I visited Herb Chambers of Seekonk to purchase a car for my daughter in law and to trade in our vehicles we purchased a few years ago at the same dealership. We have bought 4 cars already from this dealership and I called Scott Birtles in advance of our visit. When we arrived, we were introduced to Jeff Betelho who was wonderful to work with. He was patient, listened to our needs and wasn't pushy. Jeff may be new to car sales, but he has the right attitude and knows how to work with people as individuals. He will have a great career selling cars if he chooses to. We were glad he was our sales person. He has already called us a few times to be sure we are happy and answer any questions that we may have. I drive all the way from Grafton, MA, even though there's a Herb Chambers Honda dealership only a few miles from our home. Why? The service is outstanding, no one is pushy and we always feel we have received great value for our investment. Scott Birtles, the manager of Herb Chambers of Seekonk puts integrity in car sales that has been lacking throughout the industry. We are happy and proud to be customers. More

Worst luck ever. My family and I were on are way out for the day. When we got to our Vehicle we noticed there was some type of spray all over our truck. We tried to clean it off, nothing. so we went to the the day. When we got to our Vehicle we noticed there was some type of spray all over our truck. We tried to clean it off, nothing. so we went to the car wash to try and clean it. Again nothing it was still there and it was stuck on. So we went to the dealership they told us it looked like there was over spray and the truck was completely covered. They then told us not to worry they would take it and remove what ever it was that was all over our truck. They did just that and more the truck looks like it just came of the showroom floor. They even washed the inside and got out a few stains I was unable to get out. This dealership and all the people that work in it always go above and beyond to help us. I recommend this dealership to all. If you want a dealership that is always going to be there for you and not just sell you a car and forget you. This is were you want to go. Never have we been unsatisfied at this dealership. Thank you all so much for making us part of your family and being there when we need you. More

Her pleasant, professional, friendly demeanor made me feel like a was buying a car from a trusted friend. I love my 2010 Honda Civic, I hope it lasts forever, but when it's time to purchase another car, I will definitely go to Herb Chambers of Seekonk and I truly hope Krista is still there! More
