I do not know where to begin. The entire sales process at Herb Chambers was an absolute pleasure. We visited two days before the end of the year and although the place was packed we never felt neglected. Sco Herb Chambers was an absolute pleasure. Scott, the general manager, was very approachable and was as involved as our sales person, Mohamed. Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were never pressured or intimidated. In fact, I still haven't felt any buyer's remorse. I will definitely be going back to Seekonk and I live in Narragansett. Additionally, the gentleman that showed us all the new technology in our Odyssey was as knowledgeable and helpful as Mohamed and Scott. More

I Have been buying Cars from Herb Chambers since 1994! The reason I keep returning is the that this is the BEST "honda" dealership in new england! Their staff treats everyone with respect! Being a woman, they never make you feel like there taking you for a ride! Honesty is their policy!!! There is no question that can't be answered by their expertly trained staff! The sale of the vehicle doesn't end after the sale when I return for service I am still treated like family! They never forget a customer!I will continue to purchase ALL my vehicles from Herb Chambers with confidence that they have me in their best interest,which is of utmost importance when making such a big purchace! If you have never purchased a car from them,you are missing out on a chance to buy a car in confidince knowing they will be there for the life of of your new or used vehicle and beyond! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR ROUTINE SERVICE TODAY. I WAS VERY QUICKLY ASSISTED BY VICTOR WHO TOOK GREAT CARE TO VERIFY ALL MY INFORMATION AND MADE SURE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT RIGHT IN.WHEN THE CAR WAS READY,MY VERY QUICKLY ASSISTED BY VICTOR WHO TOOK GREAT CARE TO VERIFY ALL MY INFORMATION AND MADE SURE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT RIGHT IN.WHEN THE CAR WAS READY,MY PAPERWORK WAS GIVEN TO ME BY TIM WHO HAS ALSO ALWAYS PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL IN THE PAST.WHILE IN THE WAITING AREA I WAS GREETED BY RAY GAGLIARDI WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY SOLD ME 3 OTHER CARS AND I ASKED HIM ABOUT END OF THE MODEL YEAR VEHICLES THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE. I HAD BEEN CONSIDERING BUYING A SPECIFIC MODEL AND COLOR.HE DID NOT HAVE ONE ON THE LOT BUT PROMISED ME HE WOULD CHECK THE OTHER HERB CHAMBERS LOTS TO SEE IF THEY HAD THIS PARTICULR CAR.HE HAD SALESMAN ANDREW BEAULIEU ASSIST ME WITH GETTING A PRICE FOR MY TRADE AS WELL AS FOR THE NEW CAR.A FEW HOURS LATER MR. GAGLIARDI CALLED ME TO SAY THAT HE HAD FOUND THE CAR THAT I WANTED AT THE SAME PRICE WE HAD DISCUSSED.THIS IS THE SAME WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED EVERY TIME I HAVE BOUGHT OR SERVICED A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP.THEY CONSISTANTLY DESERVE A 5 STAR RATING FOR EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE!!I HAVE RECOMMENED THEM TO MANY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS WHO HAVE ALSO BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR EXPERIENCE. I love this dealership. I started driving my Honda CRV when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the service I received every time I brought my Honda into Herb Chambers of Seekonk. They were always friendly, always timely, and were great about keeping me informed as to what they were doing, why they needed to do it, and what to expect in the future. I cannot wait until the warranty runs out on my BMW so that I can buy another Honda and drive an hour to get it serviced in Seekonk. More

I needed a replacement car for an old toyota corolla. chose Herb Chambers dealership because of previous excellent experiences with service department. In particular, Tim Islip in the service department chose Herb Chambers dealership because of previous excellent experiences with service department. In particular, Tim Islip in the service department has been great to work with. I have other cars and have dealt with Toyota and VW service departments and get frustrated with inconsistency and dishonesty. Tim and other service department employees at Herb Chambers always make sure I understand what is needed, and work with me to make sure my car is safe and well maintained. I never feel taken advantage of at Herb Chambers. Regarding Sales, I worked with Homero Lima. He was wonderful, patient and helpful as I went through the process of deciding which car to buy. I ended up with a new CRV and I love it. This was not an emergency purchase, but because Homero was willing to work with me in a low pressure way, I was able to relax and make an educated purchase and feel good about it. I was also impressed with Scott Birtles, the general manager, who recognized me by name and made me feel very comfortable. I will be a continued customer of this dealership, and will be back when my other CRV is ready for trade in...currently at 160,000 miles and running great!!! More
