Treated like valued customers! My husband and I had an appointment with David High to get into a new or used civic asap. We had an accident and as a result had to unexpectedly but a vehicle. David was there with options for us, and even had recommendations. Which we took, by the way. He followed through and kept in touch with my husband so that we were able to get the vehicle in the color as well as price we were hoping for. Laura was a great help as well in understanding the new/updated technology and Cliff made the process easy and enjoyable. Tom made sure my paperwork was quick and painless. Best place to buy a car. Customer service was amazing here! My mom and I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Hyundai car. We went to Hyundai pride thinking it was a good place to buy a car. We had such a bad experience becau My mom and I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Hyundai car. We went to Hyundai pride thinking it was a good place to buy a car. We had such a bad experience because the dealer said a car was a certain amount and after we spent 2 hours there filling out the loan information he told us the car was 7,000 more than what he said. We left there really upset he was really pushy and we felt like he mislead us. We went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Both of my roommates just got cars from there and they had a great experience. Rancier was the first person to greet us. He said, "if he could help us with anything or test drive anything to let him know." We test drove two cars and by the second car I found exactly what I wanted. It was a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it was in our price range. Rancier was so nice and he was never pushy. I am so glad the price on the car was the actual price. All of the employee's that we saw or talked to were all so friendly. I could tell that the employee's were trying to help the customers the best they could. I would recommend this place because they have excellent customer service. Also, there cars are in great conditions and the warranties are worth it. More

The car I wanted...the experience that delighted! I went in with my 2013 Honda Odyssey (my second) for service. I was working with Tim and Malainne. AWESOME customer service skills. I had a simple repair to make and they even brought me back to meet with Dennis (Awesome Honda Technician) and see the van on the lift. I had been wanting a 4x4 for many years...but with new babies I always stayed with mini vans for their ease of use. Since the babies are now kids, I figured I'd "kick the tires" of a Pilot (what I've really wanted) for the heck of it! First, I shot the breeze with the GM (Scott Birtles) and he was extremely low pressure and fun to talk with...it was clear that his primary interests are to provide a great customer experience and to build long lasting relationships. Then, I was checking out a 2013 Pilot and was fortunate enough to call upon Homero Lina to ask for a test drive. Homero was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely sincere. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. A complete joy to work with! Well, we know how this story ends up...I loved the Pilot and within a few hours I was the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk! We went into the dealership last Saturday and met with salesman Mike Rebola who we dealt with on a previous purchase. We knew we were looking for another Accord and were interested in the EX L v6. Mike took us for a test drive and we liked what we saw. He was great at explaining all the features and options available to us and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Mike was diligent at making sure all the extra options we chose were completed and the car was ready when promised. We also met with Bill Panaccione on the initial Saturday to go over additional options and financing. Bill was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He mentioned things we hadn’t even considered such as Simonizing and tire protection. We’re glad he did. On the day of delivery, Kevin Raymond met with us to go over all of the features in our new Honda (My how things have changed in 7 years.) Kevin explained everything very thoroughly and took his time to make sure we understood these new features. We’ve been purchasing cars from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk since 1992 and will continue to do so. Their sales and services have always been very good to us, as we have all our service done at this dealership and always have. We’ve been dealing with Scott Birtles since he started at this dealership and have nothing but complete admiration for his professionalism. He is fair and honest and makes sure we are satisfied before leaving the dealership. All of these people helped to make our experience a good one. Just flawless. Wasting time is my ultimate pet peeve, and Scott and Cliff made sure I got to lease the Honda Odyssey EX-L that my wife wanted by sending me the paperwork via UPS and conducting a quick, h and Scott and Cliff made sure I got to lease the Honda Odyssey EX-L that my wife wanted by sending me the paperwork via UPS and conducting a quick, helpful run-through of the tech features once I got to the dealership. I'm a raving fan. The reason I bought the van from Scott and Cliff was that I had business in the greater Boston area, and Scott had returned an email I sent about the car within five minutes. I mean, that's just unreal. He shared how the entire process would go, advised me that Cliff would be my main point of contact, and even followed-up before I headed down to pick up our new Odyssey.
