Scott was dishonest and deceptive in our dealings. He is unprofessional and has deplorable customer service skills, he never even greeted me before he tried to overcharge me for services that I did no He is unprofessional and has deplorable customer service skills, he never even greeted me before he tried to overcharge me for services that I did not need. They attempted to charge me 3000 dollars in additional services that my car did not need. All of those services fell outside of the warranty conveniently. I had my car inspected at an RMV approved shop and they told me there is not one thing wrong with my car. In a previous visit my belongings were rummaged through by one of his employees. He excused it away and said the lot does not have cameras in the area that my car was parked. Which would have been up front since I was coming back for it. He also told me random strangers can walk through the lot and access cars and they can't do anything about it. Rubbish. Curry is responsible for your car while it is in their possession. The response I received was unprofessional and unacceptable. I believe his behavior had to do with how he identified me and the fact that I left a negative review of that dealership. More
