Today was my best experience to date. My car was pulled in back right away and within 30 we had a diagnosis and agreed to a plan. Best of all got my car back in about 3.5 hours. This dealership never fails to provide excellent service! I came in for a low coolant level and a tire rotation. Even though their department was busy, Paul Fix personally verified my vehicle's health and I came in for a low coolant level and a tire rotation. Even though their department was busy, Paul Fix personally verified my vehicle's health and topped off my coolant. He was even able to squeeze me in for a quick tire rotation a few days later. I was extremely relieved because I was leaving for a major road trip with my car, and they made sure that I was ready to go. Scott Sack was also very polite when checking me out, and he made sure that my service was done swiftly and effectively. Though this dealership is far away from my house, I choose to come here because of the continued excellent service that is unparalleled to any other dealer I have visited. The employees at this dealership are the gold standard in both vehicle and customer service. More
