I don't know who Scott Johnson is, so not sure how to rate him. Jean was awesome! He was honest and direct with me, and I really appreciated that he spoke to me about the purchase and not my husband (y rate him. Jean was awesome! Jean made the whole process so easy. I particularly liked the relationship with CarMax. I feel like we got a very good price and a great value with my new Sorento. For Scott Seifried, I know its his job to push the warranties, but this part was the longest part of the whole process. I found it odd that it took longer to go through his part than the overall sale of the car. More
