The entire service department is great. I’ve been bringing my vehicle here since May of 2018. I have primarily worked with two service advisors. Scott was my original advisor and was great I’ve been bringing my vehicle here since May of 2018. I have primarily worked with two service advisors. Scott was my original advisor and was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Since Scott has moved on to another position I have worked with Keith. He is also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He keeps me informed on the status of my repairs and what the costs will be. It is a pleasure dealing with him and to bring up any concerns that I may have. I would also like to thank the technicians who work on my vehicle, who probably get little recognition.
