I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. They did what they said but charged for items not quoted. It was refunded but I had to ask. Due to being unwilling to focus on my needs, they gave up my business to another shop. Klaben isn't perfect, but their concern for the customer is! Kim Wolfram my Service Advisor is always ready to help with any problem I might have. Weather it's regular service or a break down. I am here to tell you that the folks here are phenomenal. I had a issue with the vehicle I purchased, and I wasn't a happy camper, bit everyone from the sales manager, the service department manager, the qui I had a issue with the vehicle I purchased, and I wasn't a happy camper, bit everyone from the sales manager, the service department manager, the quick lane manager, to my sales person Louis Polos,all took immediate action, asked me what I wanted to do,and they put me in another vehicle of my choice. This new vehicle had a higher price tag, but Klaben gave me the new vehicle at the price of the one I originally purchased. I can't say enough good things about Klaben Ford. They listen to their customers, and are truly exceptional when it comes to customer service,and customer satisfaction. THANKS Klaben, I will definitely be a life long customer More

The service department is staffed with courteous, friendly, responsive and efficient people. The environment is clean and the processes/procedures are well organized .
