I recently had my F250 serviced at this dealership as i always do. When i returned home i noticed some small areas that were overlooked. I reported my findings in a review that was sent via email. Shortly always do. When i returned home i noticed some small areas that were overlooked. I reported my findings in a review that was sent via email. Shortly thereafter, i received a call from a very apologetic service manager Sean Bradford who arranged to have me come back in the next day. I was met by my regular service advisor Kim Wolfram and Sean Bradford and they took it from there. These folks took care of a small problem in my eyes but not theirs and took care of it in a BIG way. They treated me like a king! Many thanks. More

I bought my last 3 cars from Klaben. Roscoe was my salesman for the last two. He was very helpful in finding the car right for me. I appreciate all his help. Whenever I have had any of my cars serviced I always asked for Mona. She has always helped me out with servicing my cars. I will continue to go to her for my car service. Also Sean has always helped me out when a service problem needed to be addressed. I will always recommend Klaben Ford. I rate you 5 stars! More

I could not be happier with my recent experiences with Sean. I have been buying cars and trucks from Klaben Ford for over 30 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. While the salesman may come and go, the service professionals like Mona Crooks and Sean Bradford have been there many years (I think Mona has been there over 20 years) and these are the important people that have worked to maintain my loyalty. Service took care of a problem we had with the work we had done. They repaired a problem with the windshield wipers. The next day they didn't work again.
