I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. Lots that needed fixed on my car that is 8 years old. Worked with Sean Bradford on costs and he gave me abetter price than originally told to fix the necessary safety problems. Still needed A/C compressor fixed and decided to wait on that since summer almost over. Sean has written up a quote for me to come back to later next summer. My husband who is fairly handy and has fixed cars before decided to Google the problem. Found that compressors rarely go bad. Suggestion on YouTube to look at the fuse. So my husband did that and found it is the fix. A/C compressor working. Bought the recharge kit at autozone for 40, replaced the fuse (no leak in the line as originally told) and saved 1,000. Husband says they 100% tries to take advantage of my being a woman. Ugh. Want to like bringing my car there bc it's close and easy but I just don't trust them. More

Tricky Sunroof Seals Require Skilled Techs My Ford F150 Sunroofs started binding and leaking which of course was a problem. Great customer care &service Have done business with Klaben since 2008. Purchased several vehicles from them and have been having my service done by then since 2012. I have used several different service advisors and all of them have provided excellent service. I have settled on Mona crooks as my go to advisor for the last few visits. See is a caring and knowledgeable representative. On my last visit I also interacted with Sean Bradford, Service Lane Manager. Sean advised of some work needed tha was beyond what I brought my vehicle for. He advised me that this additional work was needed and he recommended if this work was not done my transmission could be at risk. This is the kind of service that I would hope to get from a organization like Klaben More
