We were so pleased with our entire experience!!!! From Juan taking care of us and finding us the the perfect car, a Venza, to Kyle our finance guy! Everything was just perfect! Amazing car buying experience. Sean Chase “Tiny” was amazing. I originally was just going to just sell my car to them because I wasn’t getting the trade in I wanted through Tesla and unfortunately they amazing. I originally was just going to just sell my car to them because I wasn’t getting the trade in I wanted through Tesla and unfortunately they had none when I went. 2 days after selling them my car I get a text with pictures of the exact car I was searching for and bout it the next day! I had total trust in the process and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend coming here to buy or trade a car! They treat you like family and work for not what they want but what you want and makes you happy. The servicing of my 4Runner was fine but because of work requirements and hours of operation I had to utilize the concierge service which picks up the vehicle and drops it off. My place of work is less than requirements and hours of operation I had to utilize the concierge service which picks up the vehicle and drops it off. My place of work is less than 2 miles from the dealership. I was charged $16 for the service. Not really happy about that as other dealerships I’ve used in the past have provided a complimentary ride to and from work or a loaner vehicle. Maybe times are tough at Landers and they needed to maximize revenue? More
