I have over thirty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. When I started here, I was pulling weeds, dumping oil buckets and doing general facility maintenance. Eventually I progressed from a Technician to a Master Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager then Service Director. My favorite part of working here at Smythe Volvo is that we invest our business energy into safety. Over the years, we've had many customers who survived accidents because they were in a Volvo. Additionally, we've had many police officers who come in and bought a Volvo because they've been at the scene of an accident and seen how a Volvo saved a person's life. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, specifically going for walks with my three sons.

Oil Change Always a pleasant experience with a great loaner program. Would recommend Smythe Volvo to anyone. Recommend using synthetic oil. Once again, Kevin Flanagan, Sean Flanagan, and Tony Plesh exceeded my expectations; this time with Volvo Roadside Assistance. After experiencing a flat tire and not getting good customer service from Roadsi exceeded my expectations; this time with Volvo Roadside Assistance. After experiencing a flat tire and not getting good customer service from Roadside Assistance, these gentlemen immediately responded to my issue and resolved the problem. From Sales to Service and everything in-between, the team at Smythe Volvo is exceptional. Their customer focus is exemplary. Simply put, if you don't have a Volvo, get one. When you get one, get it from Smythe Volvo. As always guys, thank you for all you do. More

I recently had my XC90 serviced at Smythe. First of all, I accidentally left my wallet in the car. When I told them, Smythe drove the wallet over to my house right away - and we live about 5 miles away fr I accidentally left my wallet in the car. When I told them, Smythe drove the wallet over to my house right away - and we live about 5 miles away from the dealership. The work was done quickly and efficiently. All the employees at Smythe, the owners, managers, service and sales people are all very polite and courteous, and take time to answer questions. Yet, they are efficient and get work done promptly. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced at Smythe. More

Smythe Volvo has been my car dealer since 1978. The service department is a major factor for my loyalty. All the people I have had experience with have been considerate, friendly, and competent..I feel service department is a major factor for my loyalty. All the people I have had experience with have been considerate, friendly, and competent..I feel that the money i have spent on servicing my car has been worth the cost. My 2004' S 80 has 124,000 miles and rides very well for the age of the car. My last contact was a short time ago when I was concerned about a possible transmission problem. Service Manager Nick Pavano handled my problem and concern tactfully and assured me that my concern was not an issue of any magnitude. What a relief !!! Thanks Mr. Pavano and Smythe service. More

All employees are polite , knowledgeable, and willing to be of assistance. I feel comfortable speaking with the service people.They have serviced my car even without an appointment. The service is always timely, and I am promptly informed of any unforeseen problems. A loaner car is always available to me. Curtesy, excellent service, a loaner car and close proximitry to my home and work are priority... therefore I go to Smythe Volvo. I would recommend the dealership without any hesitation. More

We had the unusual circumstance of purchasing cars from Smythe that needed to be shipped to another state. From start to finish, we were in the expert care of Smythe's phenomenal team -- Kevin, Kristian, Sean and all the others who made the experience not only manageable but fun. They managed the paperwork, the registration, the shipping -- and the cars arrived in impeccable condition. We cannot say enough about the service and attention that Smythe paid to our situation -- during the sale and also afterward when we had several questions about different features on our cars. Tony Plesh was able to help me reschedule and handled my service in a timely manner. Sean Flanagan saw there were some stains on my seats, went back inside, came out with a cleaner and rag and proceeded to service in a timely manner.
