I have over thirty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. When I started here, I was pulling weeds, dumping oil buckets and doing general facility maintenance. Eventually I progressed from a Technician to a Master Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager then Service Director. My favorite part of working here at Smythe Volvo is that we invest our business energy into safety. Over the years, we've had many customers who survived accidents because they were in a Volvo. Additionally, we've had many police officers who come in and bought a Volvo because they've been at the scene of an accident and seen how a Volvo saved a person's life. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, specifically going for walks with my three sons.

I recently decided to purchase a Volvo car during the Covid pandemic. Kyle Jackson and Smythe Volvo provided both an excellent deal on the car I was looking for and were also able provide me with a safe Covid pandemic. Kyle Jackson and Smythe Volvo provided both an excellent deal on the car I was looking for and were also able provide me with a safe environment to help negotiate the car and price in the Smythe dealership in Summit NJ. They were also very helpful in the contactless delivery of the new car. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to instruct me in everything I needed to know about the new car I just purchased. Kyle was outstanding in the service provided thru the whole process. I would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone I know and tell them how direct and transparent it was when dealing with Kyle. While I could go to many other dealerships nearby, Kyle and Smythe provided an outstanding sales experience. I will always remember how wonderful this experience was. Thank you Kyle & Smythe ! More

Smythe Volvo is a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The salesman Bob Cerza was pleasant and more importantly very honest about the details about the car. Emelia Paladino was very thorough and patient explaining the features of the car. My family and I have purchased several cars from Smythe and Kevin Flanagan always adds a personal touch to each sale. He makes the dealership warm, friendly and inviting, whether it is snacks or beverages and nice room to wait. Staff is very attentive. Even the finance department made the experience less intimidating and explained all offers available to us. All in all a pleasant place to visit. More

I shopped around before coming to Smythe and now I will never go anywhere but here! PJ, Shaun and the Flannigan brothers answered all of my questions honestly and they were so helpful in making sure I was getting in the right car for me. Kyle Jackson was patient, respectful, and overall kind in every aspect of me test driving and picking out which car was right for me. He knew all the answers and was happy to share them. They treat every customer like family and I would recommend them to anyone I know because they are the BEST. Plus my new Volvo is stylish, comfortable, and a smooth ride! Overall, I could go on and on about Smythe and the great people who work there but I highly recommend going to see them for yourself! More

Volvo Professionals Recently I moved to Summit from NYC with my husband and two kids. I needed a car and was unsure where to start.
