Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat with a Service Advisor who spends time with me, no rush, addresses any questions, looks things over, ensures everything is complete and right. Third, the work gets done right. Customer waiting area and loaners are all proper. So I'm fine with 5-stars. The car itself is solid but tiny rear seat room, etc., so some pluses and minuses there, but the dealer is excellent. More
