Based on our internet research, we were undecided between three different makes of vehicles (Honda, Mazda and Subaru) and wanted to look at the various SUVs in person. Subaru of Jacksonville was the second of five dealerships that we visited, but the level of service we received placed this company way above the competition and brought us back to make our final purchase. From the moment you walk into the door, every staff member you encounter makes you feel like a valued customer even if you are just tire kicking - as we were at first. Our salesman, Steven Barba was extremely knowledgeable about the product and understood what our needs were. The entire process of selecting our car, choosing our options, waiting for "the" car to arrive, the finance process, all were seamless and most importantly, low pressure. Subaru of Jacksonville didn't try any pressure tactics and allowed us to make our decision without feeling we had to jump on an offer immediately. Every step of the way, Steven has provided us with guidance and assistance, keeping us informed of the status of our incoming vehicle. Once our vehicle arrived, Steven had it cleaned and waiting for us. He went over every feature and has made himself available for further questions after we drove off the lot. The icing on the cake was a very nice thank you card from Steven, thanking us for our business. I heartily recommend this dealership and Steven Barba if you are in the market for a vehicle. The difference between a dealership with a high turnover rate and one with dedicated employees, is like night and day. An additional shout out to Ryan for helping us through the finance process and getting us to a comfortable payment, and to AJ who walked me (and talked me down!) through a brief glitch with our credit freeze. We had window guards, door protection and a few other things added onto the car. I'm not sure who did the work, but it was done very expertly. The added molding, etc looks like they were factory installed, not added on. I'm looking forward to bringing our car in for service since this is indicative of the care of their work. More
