Thank you Tim and Ovi for an outstanding customer experience! Our visit to Suburu of Jacksonville was unexpected for us, but highly welcomed once we arrived. From the enthusiastic and pleasant greeti experience! Our visit to Suburu of Jacksonville was unexpected for us, but highly welcomed once we arrived. From the enthusiastic and pleasant greeting, to the highly detailed demo of the all-electric Solterra, we were highly impressed with Tim and his vast knowledge. Tim was fully transparent when we began discussing pricing. The ease and smoothness of our purchase was truly effortless. Tim guided us step by step. Ovi, from the finance office was awesome as well. Ovi showed my Mom and I all of the extended warranty packages and the full breakdown of services and what they offer. Ovi shared with us his love of photography by showing us his Suburu embedded deep in the sand, and it's extreme offroad capabilities for adventurous times. Suburu of Jacksonville is stellar and my Mom and I are so happy that we decided to shop and purchase at this dealership. In this Soletrra, we look forward to many fun adventures ahead. Thank you!! Was disappointed with my visit. I have never had this happen before! It wouldn't have taken but a few minutes just to check but was told no, you have to call for a special appointment? I wasn't asking to tear the car apart. Also, no one told me there was a system software update on the car! I found out overhearing another customer in the waiting room who was having it done. I would think a Subaru dealer would tell customers. More

We bought my wife's Subaru at this dealership and it included a service agreement (oil changes). My wife likes the dealership. After her service contract expired the routine maintenance became my resp included a service agreement (oil changes). My wife likes the dealership. After her service contract expired the routine maintenance became my responsibility. My first task was a routine oil change today, whereupon I discovered that the previous dealer tech had over-tightened everything. I had to use a Vise Grip chain wrench to remove the oil filter and a 2-foot long 3/8" breaker bar with a 6-point socket to remove the oil drain plug. I couldn't remove the yellow plastic oil filler cap by hand. I had to use a plumber's wrench on that. How do you over torque a plastic oil filler plug that has no flats?! I have to assume the tech used some type of wrench or a bar between the two projections. The filter and the filler cap are supposed to be hand tightened and the drain plug torqued to 30 pounds max. They need to train their technicians better. More
