Ovi showed my Mom and I all of the extended warranty packages and the full breakdown of services and what they offer. Ovi shared with us his love of photography by showing us his Suburu embedded deep in the sand, and it's extreme offroad capabilities for adventurous times. Was disappointed with my visit. I have never had this happen before! It wouldn't have taken but a few minutes just to check but was told no, you have to call for a special appointment? I wasn't asking to tear the car apart. Also, no one told me there was a system software update on the car! I found out overhearing another customer in the waiting room who was having it done. I would think a Subaru dealer would tell customers. More
