This was the best new car purchase experience I have had throughout my car buying years. I was treated with respect and admired for the information I had researched prior to going to the dealership. My Sales Associate Seymour Buchanan and I have been communicating through emails, calls, and texts since last spring due to the pandemic. I knew what I wanted and when Seymour had an available car that I might consider, he contacted me immediately. We worked together coming to an agreed and accepted offer. Seymour has a wonderful personality, is a great asset to Treasure Coast Lexus and has become a good friend. Having bought a Lexus previously I knew what to expect from a Lexus dealership and everyone lived up to my expectations. Everyone I met was extremely personable, courteous and very friendly. There were many people who work at Treasure Coast Lexus from the New York area where I had lived, and we reminisced about where we formerly spent our previous years. Fun going down memory lane!
