We felt confident with the information that we received from Josh and our research that we would decide on a vehicle soon. Josh made himself available for any questions we might have, and two days later we drove home in our brand new Telluride. Josh, and the support of KIA team members, worked diligently to ensure our purchase went smoothly and that we were driving home with confidence. Victoria at Paramount Kia of Asheville made my car shopping experience excellent. She was there for me before I arrived, while I was there, and even afterwards when I returned to finish up some last m shopping experience excellent. She was personable but professional and made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable. As everyone can attest, car shopping can be dreadful. Victoria made the experience quite the opposite! On top of everything, it was her SECOND DAY! If she hadn’t told us that, we would have never guessed in a thousand years. She is a delight to be around and I will not buy a car in the future if she is not my salesperson…. I refuse!!! Thank you Victoria! More

After reviewing our options, we decided on the Sportage. There were 3 on their website that we decided to talk to Alexa about and she went over the differences of each vehicle and we selected the best one for our needs. Alexa is great to work with. While I certainly had to wait to receive the vehicle I ordered, Alexa was very honest about that being the case from the moment we started working together. I think she was almost as excited as I was when I was able to take possession of my new car.
