From the purchase of our new Atlas CrossSport to the delivery of or new vehicle, everyone at Street Volkswagen was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We also know that the service dept is second to none from two previous vehicles purchased from Street VW, so we have no worries when it comes to having our Atlas serviced. Jerry Ripley has sold us all three of our VW's, Shane was helpful as usual, Joel was very knowledgeable with our financing, and Julio was very helpful in the delivery (showing all of the features the car has). Our new CrossSport is white with black accents along the bottom of each side; we had the roof top wrapped in black and added black powder-coated wheels for a great sporty look. The car is amazing to drive, nimble, responsive, and powerful. The interior is beautiful and the amenities plentiful. We love our new Atlas CrossSport and we loved the great experience we had with Street Volkswagen of Amarillo, TX! More

I was looking for a nice used car to replace my current work car. We had researched our area and found a model we were interested in. We met with a Sales Associate (Mr. Tim Anderson), and discussed the po work car. We had researched our area and found a model we were interested in. We met with a Sales Associate (Mr. Tim Anderson), and discussed the possibility of test driving the vehicle. After our test drive, we met with Mr. Anderson, to discuss purchasing the vehicle, but we had a few items with the car that we wanted inspected and repaired. Mr. Anderson, and Mr. Giese stated that they would take car of the repairs. I was very impressed with the honesty and integrity of the Manager and Sales associate. We purchased the car the day we test drove the vehicle, and Street honored their end by making the requested repairs. When the vehicle was ready for pickup - Mr. Sammy Silva was a pleasure to work with. I am very impressed with Street's professionalism, and can do attitude. I will highly recommend Street to my friends and co-workers. More

It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and concerns they made my first time buying experience worry-free. Both of them are truly the best- Although I did not met them personally till I signed the paperwork because I live in New Mexico. They had been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past few weeks. Both of them have diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and have gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Both of them have been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. I had questions the next day and they treated me like family and answered every question and concern that I had. From start to finish this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Joel L. Was our salesperson, and he was amazing. I test drove a 2021 Atlas about 3 weeks before purchasing, and Joel was experience I have ever had! Joel L. Was our salesperson, and he was amazing. I test drove a 2021 Atlas about 3 weeks before purchasing, and Joel was open to me texting him questions. I even 100% negotiated the deal through text messages. In total we probably spent less than 2 hours at the dealership, which as a busy mom that means the WORLD to me. Joel O. handled our financing, and he too went above and beyond for us. Although we were satisfied with the sales price, and we were comfortable with the monthly payments, we were surprised when Joel was able to work an extra warranty into our deal while also making our monthly payments almost $200 less than we were expecting. That is customer service. Shane was amazing too, and even though I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership over the course of 3 weeks, he was able to call me by name and checked on us often. Finally, Owen who wasn’t even our salesman was kind and accommodating. We were waiting for our salesman while he finished up with another client. Owen walked by and asked if we would like some water or if he could get us anything. We had our four children with us, and they were thirsty so we took him up on the offer of water. When I came back two days later to finish everything up with our purchase, Owen recognized me and spoke to me. Let me tell you that kind of service goes a LONG way. Finally let me say, I have purchased cars from many dealerships through the years, and I have never experienced a dealership with happier employees. Everyone seemed to be LOVING what they do. It also impressed me how many of them drive VWs personally. Street VW is doing something right for sure. More
