A great dealership. Low pressure style negotiation. Paperwork etc. was a breeze. And Detailing was done while I waited. I would do business with Preston Chevrolet again Paperwork etc. was a breeze. And Detailing was done while I waited. I would do business with Preston Chevrolet again More

Shannon talked to my husband and myself with great professionalism - he was fair and never pushy - completely treating us like our business meant something - not that we were "just" a number. JJ exhibited great knowledge about the vehicle we bought - he was also caring and gave us complete attention. Both men are truly an asset to Preston Superstore and would be the reason we would go back. Thank you. More

Dealers advertisement as family, in this case it's close when Greg Chismar has known me since day I was born. Good relationship are hard to find and worth keeping up. I am my father's son in more respects t when Greg Chismar has known me since day I was born. Good relationship are hard to find and worth keeping up. I am my father's son in more respects than i care to admit to some days and appreciate the amount of time spent finding the right option. Took some doing but excellent service is worth the time and patience. Really appreciate management understanding what I wanted out a vehicle and searching to find the right unit. FnI for really taking time to explain paperwork bit by bit and finding the mix and match to get the value that I wanted and I appreciate the clarity of what was what and going where. Tony despite being busy really went line by line with and had no problem giving me options explaining pros and cons once he understood my values (warranty and price) above all. Good example of cooperation where the best answer isn't always the obvious and finding the customer's needs supersedes brand loyalty. Tom Barrett and others made it very welcoming and answered specific product questions as needed. Came in today for a followup and glad to know i have resources available to me. Especially with all the electronic gizmos in the cube. More
