Took it in to have the engine light diagnosed. Didn't get fixed the first time, no biggie, when I went to pick up the car and it had a huge scratch in the door. Kevin told me they didn't do it, however when we looked at the photo's they take when I dropped it off, the scratch wasn't there....OK. I talked to the Service manager, she said they would fix it. The engine light came back on, so I scheduled the appointment for that and for them to fix the scratch. They fixed the engine light which was good, but the scratch wasn't taken care of. They had the detailer try to buff it out. It actually looks worse that when I brought it in. My car is black and in showroom condition, I really expected them to actually take care of this, knowing full well they scratched my car and I had spoken to the service manager about it. I DO NOT recommend Kevin at all. They way this was handled was poor. So, now what? More

I'm very apprehensive dealing with VW dealers based on my prior experience in Santa Cruz and San Jose. I called and expressed my concerns with the service manager Shannon and she immediately put my mind at e prior experience in Santa Cruz and San Jose. I called and expressed my concerns with the service manager Shannon and she immediately put my mind at ease. I sat patiently in the waiting lounge and noticed other service department customers were having a positive experience as well. Without a doubt the service department at Dirito Brothers VW has no peers. They have set the bar for service excellence. My service was assigned Sean Thomas . Sean is a consummate professional and was able to thoroughly explain the maintenance required for my wife's 2017 Golf R. I'm glad I drove almost 90 miles to Dirito Bros VW. In the future, my service appointments will be with Sean at Dirito Bros VW. Bill Retired Engineer and Air Cooled Porsche Enthusiast. More

I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and the service department. It could have gone a different direction, but they stood by there word and really went out of there way to mak dealership and the service department. Had to call in 4 times for this appointment. .Never did speak to my advisor. I don't even know what was done to my car. I mean at this point I have to assume someone actually looked at my car and .Never did speak to my advisor. I don't even know what was done to my car.
