Purchased a new 2023 Acura RDX (A Spec). Sales guy - Reggie Hammond (not the guy in the movie) was good. Answered my questions, easy to work with. Would go back to him to purchase another Sales guy - Reggie Hammond (not the guy in the movie) was good. Answered my questions, easy to work with. Would go back to him to purchase another car. The car arrived from the factory the day the same day I went to the dealership to pick it up. Unfortunately, the car had a mechanical problem with the door latch on the back liftgate that wasn't diagnosed until I arrived at the dealership. Tried to fix while I was there, but ultimately was given a loaner to take home overnight. In my opinion, the correct solution to the situation. Problem was fixed the next day and I picked up the car. Have to chalk this up to the s#%t happens rule. Even taking the mechanical issue into consideration, the overall experience was positive. Would go back to the dealership and recommend to others. It did seem like most of the employees at the dealership had worked there for a while and had an easy working relationship. That makes for a nice atmosphere. More
