I’d look for a Subaru before anything else because of how these guys represented the product, their knowledge of each of their roles and how fantastically they did in them. This had to be the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly, informative and went the distance to earn my business. I drove almost 4 hours, I live near Indiana, PA, to purchase my Subaru Ascent and it was well worth the trip. Starting with Chuck taking the time to make and send me a video of the car to Milton working to make all options and numbers work, to Shawn taking the time to chat, to Bill, one of the Service Managers giving me a mini tour of their ultra clean service area to Aaron, (I think) detailing my car to make sure it was just perfect and chatting . . . forgive me if I forgot anyone! I am willing to travel, obviously, for good service at a fair price and these folks delivered!! If you are even considering a Subaru, save your time and just go to Heritage . . . an A++ experience!!
