I first spoke with Kayleen, and she was very helpful from the beginning. She was able to get me set up with an appointment right away, and the appointment itself went smoothly. From there, I worked with Shmuel, who was patient, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and paid attention to my needs. I never felt like he was simply trying to push me into a vehicle that wasn't right for me, which I appreciated. One challenge was the limited inventory available at the time. Because the vehicle I wanted wasn't readily available, we had to explore other options, including putting down a deposit to secure a vehicle that was still in transit. It took about three weeks, but ultimately I received the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable MSRP. The only compromise was that I wasn't able to get the color I originally wanted. The biggest area of opportunity for the dealership is communication during the final steps of the purchase. I believe customers should be given a very clear, complete list of everything needed to finalize the sale, especially when financing and outside institutions are involved. In my case, there was some confusion about what was required to complete the final steps, which resulted in an additional two days of delays and a lot of back-and-forth between the dealership and MCU. That part of the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with clearer communication upfront. That said, I want to emphasize that Shmuel was helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the process. Getting the exact vehicle I wanted took some time and flexibility, but the dealership ultimately delivered. Overall, I would recommend Honda of Valley Stream, particularly based on the customer service I received from Kayleen and Shmuel. If the team can improve communication and make the final paperwork and financing requirements clearer to customers, I think the buying experience could be significantly smoother from start to finish. This is the worst experience I had. the young lady at the cashier gave me attitude and was on her phone the whole time while talking to me and yelling at me to hurry up and pay and they the young lady at the cashier gave me attitude and was on her phone the whole time while talking to me and yelling at me to hurry up and pay and they charged me 600 to replace a battery and I only gave to get a 60 dollar oil change and at the end I had pay 700 dollars and then the same day all the warning light came up and I went back and they said 200 to check and it so stupid bc I bring the car the same day they worked on it and they charged me another 700 it so stupid I bring in the car for a 60 oil changed and they charged me 1400 at the and at the end the car still has issues and they want charge me 4k to fix it and it clearly there fault bc I maintain the car every month check the whole car and make sure the engine clean. That dealer is a scam and will overcharge you and give you more issue to your car they will never fix your car. More

Now I want to drive a tank as my daily driver. When I saw the Honda trail sport online I fell in love with it. I spoke to the receptionist who said a sales person would return my call. I was elated when Alexis returned my call. I arrived at the dealership shortly thereafter and once again received a good deal. My truck is rough and rugged ,capable of off road and smooth highway driving . I am 6 ‘ and happy with my roomy truck. It also fits in my garage. Thanks Alexis and the entire staff that assisted with my purchase 😁. More
