The skid plate was not put on after I had my oil change yesterday. It was missing a bolt and had to take it back to get put on correctly. I appreciate the fastness of the guys changing oil. I visited this Toyota service center at 2pm, for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I have been coming here for ten years and I always get my car serviced here, no matter what. I always receive standard oil change and tire rotation. I have been coming here for ten years and I always get my car serviced here, no matter what. I always receive great service and in a timely manner. My service tech’s name, this day, was Costas Hernandez. At 4:15 I asked another service tech, Simon Chan, how much longer he thought it would be. He didn’t check, but said “should be soon”. So I waited on the outside near the service counters. At 5:45 I explained the situation to another service tech Mckenzie, and she informed me that Costas had left for the day, and my car had been ready. I just thought this was extremely inconsiderate. I was there for almost four hours. Once I saw my paperwork I realized my cat had been ready for two hours, as the paper said 4:19pm. If he left for the day, he could have transferred my car to another service technician. I had to call out of work this day when I could have easily made it on time, had ai been notified. More
