WE had brakes put on our 4Runner at one Toyota Dealership. Wound up at Cobb County for the next one and they informed us we AGAIN needed brakes on the rear. Allowed them to do the work. Went ba Dealership. Wound up at Cobb County for the next one and they informed us we AGAIN needed brakes on the rear. Allowed them to do the work. Went back yesterday for next oil change. They again told us we needed rear brakes. When my wife informed them they just changed them the last visit, he backtracked and blamed the tech in the back. Now we questions if we even needed brakes the last time we took it in. Will be very hard to trust what they tell me in the future. This was after a 2 hour wait and my wife could see her car for the last 30 minutes with no communication that vehicle was finished. More
