I am having problems pairing my wife I phone and my android to my car. I was sitting in your waiting room with both of the phones during the service. On the work order, your programming tech wrote " co android to my car. I was sitting in your waiting room with both of the phones during the service. On the work order, your programming tech wrote " could not duplicate". If he would have ask for the phones and tried to pair them, then ok he tried. Simon text me on my phone in your waiting room " come get your car". I did look over the work order, but it did not catch this. I called Toyota USA tech support and we got the I Phone paired with a cable. I am taking my Highlander now to a different Toyota Dealer from this point forward. More
