Dear Cobb County Toyota Management, I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience my friends had at your dealership, which I find unacceptable as a repeat customer. I recommended that they share a deeply disappointing experience my friends had at your dealership, which I find unacceptable as a repeat customer. I recommended that they visit Cobb County Toyota to purchase a new car. They found a car they loved, signed all the paperwork, and were waiting on finance. They even had a check in hand, ready to complete the purchase. However, during this time, another salesman entered the office, asked if their salesman had the keys, and then snatched the keys from his hand, claiming he had sold the car online an hour earlier. His manner was aggressive and extremely rude, leaving my friends in disbelief. They were taken aback by this other salesman’s attitude and complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, there was no sales manager available to address them or the situation. When I called the sales manager myself, I was met with a defensive attitude. He justified the rude salesman’s behavior by saying he had been with the dealership for 15 years and that my friends should have asked for him. He also suggested that if I no longer wanted to do business with Cobb County Toyota, that was fine. As a loyal customer, I am appalled by this treatment. Referring a close friend to your business only to have them treated so poorly is unacceptable. The lack of corrective action or concern from the sales manager explains why the salesman felt justified in his behavior. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent such incidents in the future. More

this is the first unacceptable experience I have had at Cobb Co Toyota. Appointments aren't made for normal maintenance. I have always been able to get in/out for service in a very reasonable amount of time so wait on my car. Simon estimated a 2 hour wait which is fine. He did offer a rental car but I declined. Simon kept me updated as best he could but my wait was 5 hours. More

Brought my car in for service and was greated after about 10 minutes. I had an appointment and the work was good. When I came to pick up my vehicle I asked Simon Chen about checking out since my advisor wasn 10 minutes. I had an appointment and the work was good. When I came to pick up my vehicle I asked Simon Chen about checking out since my advisor wasn’t there. He was very rude and tarnished my whole experience. He didn’t have time to help a customer and was very rude about waiting for my advisor to return. Meanwhile another employee helped me get checked out. I left thinking what a jerk he was. Going to a competitor to look at a new Highlander next week. More
