Arrived a little after 9 am for a nail in tire service. Waited until around 12 then asked on progress of my car. I was told my car had been ready for quite some time. No one had informed me my car was read Waited until around 12 then asked on progress of my car. I was told my car had been ready for quite some time. No one had informed me my car was ready for pick up or called to let me know! I saw this happen to another customer as well. She wasted time waiting for no reason. Meanwhile my keys and hers were both sitting up at the payment desk. The two young ladies working the desk were distracted by a friend who was standing there talking to them for over an hour. They wasted customer’s time because they were busy playing around. I was waiting to drive over an hour to see my dad in the hospital, but instead I wasted time sitting around Honda for no reason at all. Bad service! More

Dexter in the service department is always awesome and has always worked with our family since 2008. His customer service has never altered in any shape or form. Mr. King sold me my car in 2008, he too al has always worked with our family since 2008. His customer service has never altered in any shape or form. Mr. King sold me my car in 2008, he too always manages to come speak carry a wholesome conversation. Ms. Lee has amazing energy and makes it a point to interact with all the staff and waiting customers in the lobby. I admire everyone's skill set along with personable professionalism. More

Do This, Too Service completed in timely fashion. Always frustrated when dash is not returned to preserviced display. This extra step would be appreciated as I do Service completed in timely fashion. This happens every time I take my car in for servicing. More

Top of The Line Service Dexter was absolutely fantastic. I came in expecting him to just look at my problem and then have to come back the next day. He went and got a technic Dexter was absolutely fantastic. I came in expecting him to just look at my problem and then have to come back the next day. He went and got a technician to look at at it and they had the parts in so they fixed it right then for me so I wouldn't have to come back. He was great to deal with.
