We were welcomed the moment we entered the dealership, and a sal I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was - from beginning to end. We were welcomed the moment we entered the dealership, and a salesperson was paged to assist us. My husband and I were fortunate to have landed in the capable and knowledgeable hands of Ali Pesses. Ali took us through the buying process seamlessly, answering every question we had. It was immediately obvious she knew the Honda brand inside out and particularly the CRV line which we were interested in. By the end of our visit, we had decided on a model and had begun the paperwork to purchase. When we returned the following day, Ali was waiting to orient us to the car, and guide us through the paperwork and process necessary to take ownership of the car. She was so helpful (and patient!) in guiding us through pairing our phone to car play and showing us the different features of the car. We also were so impressed with Slavik Miro who handled the warranty piece of the purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personable. He took a great deal of time explaining the warranty options available and was thorough in going through the purchase paperwork with us. Thanks to Ali and Slavik we felt we couldn't have been in better hands. Based on our experience, we will definitely be recommending family and friends check out Hopkins Honda when they are looking for a new, used, or leased vehicle. More

As an old customer of Hopkins Honda we contacted them for the new car purchase. Jeremy Archibald and Slavic helped us test drive a 2018 CRV and explained the available options. When we were ready to finalize, Natasha helped us to get us a competitive price for the new car and trade in value for the 2011 CRV. She efficiently got together all the needed paperwork to assist in the final business office meeting. On the day of delivery of the vehicle she spent over an hour to familiarize us with the features of the new vehicle and concluded with an assurance to help us anytime we needed further clarifications.
