Working with Shawne Gomes was quite a pleasant experience and process. I know that sales personnel work hard for their commission, unfortunately, many lack integrity. Working with the gentleman in finance was also quite pleasant, he is witty and efficient. This time I came away more satisfied than the first time. It is interesting because I swore that I would never go back to that dealership after I bought my first vehicle. I was unaware that the trunk of the vehicle I purchased prior to this one, needed a cargo net so I got slightly injured when a suitcase fell out on me. When I went back and brought it to their attention, they refused to give me a net. They told me I can put in an order for one which will cost me $43.00. This time, they made sure I left with one even though I don’t need it because I have the one I bought for my other vehicle. Why did I go back? Good question. I love ❤️💕💕💕 the Telluride and they are the closest dealership that sells my ride. More
