Jeff and team were extremely helpful in walking through the financing aspects of my 3 purchases and was patient about answering any and all questions I had about vehicle tech . I never felt as though the sales team was trying to rush me or load up the invoice with unnecessary options/accessories. Aside from the purchases, the Service department personnel are always friendly and explain all recommended maintenance and any incidental repairs needed (i.e. brake pads/rotors, fluids, etc.). I plan to be a return customer several more times in the future. More

I bought my first Outback at Liberty in 2011 and loved it so much that my wife switched from Toyota Camry (the only cars (4) she had ever purchased) t I bought my first Outback at Liberty in 2011 and loved it so much that my wife switched from Toyota Camry (the only cars (4) she had ever purchased) to an Outback last year. With unbelievable sales and service always making me feel like family, there was and still is only 1 place to go - Liberty! My wife had a great experience with "my guy" John Clarke in sales and I take her Outback in for service. My 2011 had over 208,000 miles on it with EVERY service done by Bob Osterof and his team. Tom Portee made financing easy AND enjoyable! Between both of our new Outbacks, I'm looking forward to continuing a great relationship and another 400,000 miles! More

That's because the service department I purchased my 2nd Subaru Outback from Jeff Wangerin on 1/29/18. He had to wait 11 years and 243K miles later! That's because the service department is great and has kept my car dependable and well running for all these years. So now I have a 2018 Outback and all I can say is WOW! Jeff did a great job explaining all of the latest safety features and demonstrating how the different applications work. He pulled me out of the stone age and catapulted me into the new age of amazing electronics. And after 11 years, Jeff is still attentive, listens carefully and displays true professionalism. And Dave Finkel did a fantastic job on the financing side. Liberty Subaru has the best team, no matter which department it is. I would always give them my highest recommendation! (And p.s., the restrooms are so clean!) More

Scammers!! The people who sold me the car were nice and worked with me very little on price however they scammed me on the warranty for my vehicle. I paid an ext The people who sold me the car were nice and worked with me very little on price however they scammed me on the warranty for my vehicle. I paid an extra 1200$ for the power train "gold warrenty" and now that I have a problem with my power train they are telling me it's not covered and are not even willing to work with me on it meanwhile I've only had the car a year and it only has 40k miles on it. When I called the service department the manager there was so rude talking to me like I'm an idiot cutting me off while I'm speaking and had an attitude the whole time he then hung up the phone on me. I'm extremely pissed about how they are treating my issue here and will never service my car with them again let alone buy another one or ever recommend anyone to use this dealership. They are in it just for your money and will scam you anyway they can to get it. I love Subaru but never buy from this place it's not worth it. More
