As a first time buyer of a car newer than 1977 from a dealership I was a little nervous. But since I am going on 63 years old I figured that it was time to treat myself. My brother from another mother has a son working there his name is Steven Elliott, he told me not to worry they will hook you up. From the time I walked threw the door I felt at ease. I was shown a 2018 Honda CR-V and it was love at first sight. From Guy who showed me the car and took me out on a test drive,to Ben who started the paperwork and put the plates on to Bri who prossesed what seemed like miles of paperwork with swift ease made me a loyal customer for whatever years I have left (haha),any they should all receive a hug and a job well done 👍 Sincerely Joe Salafia More

This is where everyone should get their car! All my interactions with the staff at the Hartford Toyota center from the receptionist to the salesman was excellent.
