This is not our family’s first car from Subaru of Jacksonville. My daughter and husband both have been owners for quite a few years now. But it is my first Subaru! Sabino was very patient with me as I came several different times to look. Never pushy, he answered all my questions each time that I was there. He is always so kind and remembers little details about our family that makes the whole experience more personable. I love the fact that he treated me as my own person, even though my husband and I both bought cars at the same time! He went over every detail of my car to make sure that I knew what all it is capable of. On one of my visits Steve was so kind to unlock cars for us to look at while Sabino was busy with another customer. He also was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information on the cars that I looked at. Great to see a team that works together and not against each other. Ryan took excellent care of me on the financing. He made sure that I got the best interest rate possible for my loan! He is very funny and relatable. Made me feel very comfortable as I took on a new loan which I hadn’t had in over 10 years! The whole team is always pleasant and very helpful on everything! I bought my first Subaru, a 2017 Forester at Subaru of Jacksonville because they offered me a deal that I couldn't pass on. The vehicle was well-engineered, did not have any issues, and the service depart Jacksonville because they offered me a deal that I couldn't pass on. The vehicle was well-engineered, did not have any issues, and the service department was excellent. Later in 2020, when I wanted to use the Subaru Trade-Up program to buy a newer one, I had a bad experience with a sales rep and went to another Subaru dealer where I bought a 2021 Crosstreck Sport for my wife AND a 2021 Subaru Outback Onyx Edition XT for myself. In 2023, when I wanted to use Subaru's Trade-Up program to buy a 2024 Outback Wilderness, Subaru of Jacksonville treated me with respect and offered me a better deal than their competitor. Steven Barba earned my business ensuring that everything was ok with the vehicle and that I was happy with the purchase. I'm pleased with the experience and plan to go back when it is time to Trade-up again my 2024 Outback Wilderness and my wife's 2021 Crostreck Sport. More

Our sales Steven Barba did an excellent throughout the process. Was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and certainly was the reason we returned to Subaru of Jacksonville to purchase the Ascent Onyx edition process. Subaru of Jacksonville is the best dealership experience I ever had. I visited Steven Barba for the first time in 2018 after an absolutely horrific experience at the local Honda dealership. I was not lookin I ever had. I visited Steven Barba for the first time in 2018 after an absolutely horrific experience at the local Honda dealership. I was not looking forward to continuing my car search, until I met Steven. He was the complete opposite of pushy, listened to me and my needs in a new car, and never once assumed I needed to check with my husband before making any decisions. Steven was responsive when I followed up with him and dedicated to focusing on me when I visited again for a second test drive. He met me where I needed to be on price, and delivery of my new care was a breeze. My experience was so much better than any before (I once cried at a dealership because I felt so pressured by the sales person) that I visited Steven two more times, leasing two more vehicles in the last 5 years. It also doesn’t hurt that Subaru’s are wonderful, safe and reliable cars. Thank you Steven and all the folks at Subaru of Jacksonville! More
