The service department at Heritage Honda Parkville has been responsible, reliable, and relatable. I had the unfortunate chance of receiving a faulty oil filter during an oil change. Although the experienc been responsible, reliable, and relatable. I had the unfortunate chance of receiving a faulty oil filter during an oil change. Although the experience of receiving the oil change was great, roughly 4-5 days after my oil change, my car stopped on the side of the road. I had it towed to another car service shop to get a second opinion on the cause of my engine stopping. It was found that my engine was “dry”, meaning there was no oil left. Confused and frustrated since I recently received an oil change at Heritage Honda Parkville, I called the Heritage Honda Parkville service desk to discuss this situation. Mr. Steve Berman, the service director, had my car towed from the other car service shop to Heritage Honda Parkville to investigate the situation further. Mr. Berman was transparent, relatable to the customer (me), and had great communication. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. He advocated on my behalf to American Honda Corporation and took full responsibility for the faulty oil filter that caused my engine failure. The Heritage Honda Parkville team found a refurbished engine and replaced my engine with it. Also, during the long process, Heritage Honda Parkville provided me with a rental car for transportation. Since receiving my car back from Heritage Honda Parkville, it has been driving great! More

Again, I want to thank Steve for taking a moment out of his busy day to stop and assist me. I was having some issues with my keyless remotes and my vehicle would not detect them in nor outside of my car. I his busy day to stop and assist me. I was having some issues with my keyless remotes and my vehicle would not detect them in nor outside of my car. I don’t know why my main remote started to go crazy but for whatever reason it either corrupted internally or needed to be reprogrammed (combined services nearly $300). My additional remotes appeared to be unresponsive in spite of swapping them out with new batteries. Steve stepped in and he and his team put their hands on the issue and voilà It was quickly resolved. These guys saved me some time and some money today and for that I fully appreciate them. More

Michael Teper is a liar and a con man. Typical fake nice sleazy car sales man. Purposely filed refund paperwork 2 months hs late to keep me from getting thousands refunded in a timely manner. Other employees are also disrespectful and rude. Use anyone other than Heritage Honda! I brought my 2020 Hybrid CRV in for the 3rd time trying to fix a problem where the warning lights come on for the transmission and blind spot indicator. They still could not fix the car. Jeff returned the to fix a problem where the warning lights come on for the transmission and blind spot indicator. They still could not fix the car. Jeff returned the car but wouldn't even say it was safe to drive. Steve Berman has been very helpful in checking on my problem and I received a call today that, after speaking with Honda engineers and Honda administrative, he is requesting a new transmission for my vehicle. I've been very pleased with Steve for his professional and friendly manner. More
