I brought my 2020 Hybrid CRV in for the 3rd time trying to fix a problem where the warning lights come on for the transmission and blind spot indicator. They still could not fix the car. Jeff returned the to fix a problem where the warning lights come on for the transmission and blind spot indicator. They still could not fix the car. Jeff returned the car but wouldn't even say it was safe to drive. Steve Berman has been very helpful in checking on my problem and I received a call today that, after speaking with Honda engineers and Honda administrative, he is requesting a new transmission for my vehicle. I've been very pleased with Steve for his professional and friendly manner. More

The Leadership has always , even if just behind the scenes been engaged and caring.They are always monitoring the work of the techs which is taking place behind the scenes. This is an A plus Car Care Shop. I have always received the best service at Heritage Honda. All the staff inlcuding the Directors, Managers are there to readily assure service excellence. I"m a Registered Nurse for over 30 yrs, there so much that we worry about with the pandemic. Heritage gives me peace of mind and one less thing I have to worry about!
