I had visited another dealership prior to coming to Quality Subaru and was turned off by the pushiness and aggressiveness of the sales associates. I dealt with Steve Canada at Quality Subaru and he was so professional and accommodating to my needs in a new vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was prepared for a test ride and Steve came along and answered all of my questions accurately and thoroughly. Steve made my first car buying experience short, sweet, and to the point and I cannot thank him enough for hooking me up with my dream car! More

More Than Satisfied We had already been pleased with my Subaru so when we were in the position to replace my husband's car, a Subaru was high on our list of choices. Husband located barely used Outback at Quality Subaru, and we were off for a test drive. Steve Canada took excellent care of us and is the man to see if you're looking for a car. He's polite, listens well, knows his job and his cars and did a really great job of getting us into the car we wanted. He asked good questions and give us the information we needed to understand what we were looking at and how to make the best use of it. He bent over backwards to make our car buying process that best one possible, and also made sure we knew we could call him after the sale if we had any questions He treated us like people, not just a sale. That's important If and when we need another car, I'd want to talk to Steve You should talk to Steve too More

I've had my new Forester for a week and love it but the experience I had at Quality Subaru when researching a vehicle was the most pleasant I've ever had in looking for new cars. I worked with Steve Canada and he was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and has great customer service skills. No pressure, no hassle, he was very patient while I took my time deciding on which car I wanted. I was looking at other cars like the Rav4, Rogue and CRV but ultimately it was the Forester and more importantly to me the customer service I found at Quality that made my final decision easy. I got everything I wanted in the car, for the price I wanted and as someone who has been in Sales/Customer Service for 40 years I felt like part of the Quality Subaru family from the minute I walked in the door. I will definitely stick with Quality Subaru when my lease is up and I referred a co-worker to them and she just leased through them also. Definitely going to recommend more people and Quality Subaru! More

Chris Carey and Steve Canada took great care of me from the start. Chris answered every question I had and listened to all my needs and concerns before he recommended a car to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about both cars I looked at and was very thorough when going over each detail of the car. The entire process was seamless. From finance to picking up my car I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was the last pick up of the day, and the staff was still extremely friendly. Steve met with me when I picked up my car and went over everything I needed to know. He even sat in the car with me and helped me set up my blue tooth, Apple car play, and answer any last minute questions I had. Steve was also very knowledgeable and patient. They also made sure to remind me that even after purchasing, they were happy to answer any questions I had. Overall my experience with Quality Subaru was awesome.
