Service Department I believe that the sales consultant Steve Garcia was pleasant to work with, and also Dennis Reily was very helpful with a situation I had with the ser I believe that the sales consultant Steve Garcia was pleasant to work with, and also Dennis Reily was very helpful with a situation I had with the service department. With my 2015 Silverado I had the radio functions attached to the steering wheel go bad. The service department agent advised me that it would cost $528 dollars to fix, this which I paid. I had bumper to bumper warranty and I questioned my concerns as to why I had to pay? He said it wasn't covered under the warranty and I asked again are your sure? Needless to say when I advised Dennis Reily of this while signing the papers of my 2017 upgrade, he wasn't pleased at all of how I was treated with this misinformation. I know Dennis did all he could to try and alleviate any extra costs due to the service department's error. I'm very happy with my Silverado, and would send anyone buying a vehicle to Advantage. More
