Service was great while I was buying the car. However, I found a tear in the backseat upholstery and was told it would not be a problem to have it repaired. Thomas Bagley was AMAZING. We were not ready to purchase a car when we arrived, we were still "just looking". Thomas was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. If we needed information that he was uns a car when we arrived, we were still "just looking". Thomas was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. If we needed information that he was unsure of, he found someone that new the answer. He was by our side for more than a sale. Because we were not prepared to buy or trade in, my car "Bertha" was FULL of stuff, mostly PPE for work and home. Since we downsized, the new car couldn't hold everything that was in Bertha (2011 Traverse). Thomas helped us load everything into my husbands truck and cover it with a tarp. We couldn't find the Title, so he followed us home, he waited patiently as we hunted for the title, to know avail. He was not upset with us when we couldn't find it, he simply made a call, to find out what the next steps were and we complied. In the following week I went out of town and as we prepared to go home the care wouldn't start. I called Thomas, he made a few calls and was able to tell me how to get the car started. Within the next few days I went to Kia, Thomas met me and took me to the service department and replaced the batteries in the key. Then Thomas took me to fill up my tank with gas. WOW I've purchased several cars in my lifetime, but NEVER have I received this kind of customer service. THANK YOU Kia for keeping Thomas on board and training him to be so supportive to your customers. But I think his most important traits came from his parents who simply raised a Good Human.
