Excellent customer experience. I submitted my interest in a Kia vehicle on the website and within an hour was contacted by the Sales team who answered all of my questions. Service was great while I was buying the car. However, I found a tear in the backseat upholstery and was told it would not be a problem to have it repaired. I have asked Steve several times if he had set u found a tear in the backseat upholstery and was told it would not be a problem to have it repaired.
