The service experience was just terrible! A one and a half hour dragged on for over 4 hours. On top of that we were not notified that some parts were not available for the recall procedure. I was able to connect to the WiFi while I waited for my car. I went in for a recall and an oil change. They took care of my brakes which got rid of the horrible scraping sound.
