I tried several times through sales managers, finance managers, etc. to get them to fix the problem and they refuse to do so. I went to Ford and got the lettering myself. It cost me $33 and change. This dealership wanted to make every penny and was not willing to spend such a small amount of money to make a customer happy and build Goodwill. I will never purchase anything else from this dealership And I have posted on all my social media sites about my experience there in addition I have yet to receive my paperwork in the mail, which they promised me and a Zip drive, To no avail, I have never had such an experience in my life of buying cars over the last 40 years More

Disappointed that JU lost the 2nd key for the new Ram Longhorn. Malik arranged for 813 Key to come out with a new key. They had no Longhorn key but another Ram key fob that lacks the aero key.
