I was disappointed the "Locked Price" quoted on the web site, was not honored, with no explanation as to why. My trade was rated as "Fair" which is ridiculous, I was given "good" to "very good from 2 othe site, was not honored, with no explanation as to why. My trade was rated as "Fair" which is ridiculous, I was given "good" to "very good from 2 other dealers, but they did not have the truck I wanted. Great experience all around. Malik, Sergio and Steve did a great job in making the deal happen. Disappointed that I received only one key fob as the other one was missing.
