Living about 214 miles away, I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle without seeing it in person—especially since I was particular about the color. I was looking for a maroon shade, not a bright red, and Matt went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. He thoughtfully parked the vehicle next to a true “red” BMW and sent me photos so I could clearly see the difference. That level of attention to detail meant a lot. Matt was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, the purchase was seamless from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend The BMW Store—and especially Matt Swartz—for anyone considering a BMW. From my initial contact on line to my final purchase day I was treated with utmost professionalism and respect. Absolutely a different and positive experience after test driving vehicles from other dealerships no pressure just assistance from Paul. When we worked the deal there were no surprises and no pressure with gimmick add on’s like other manufacturers. Our trade in value was very fair. We special ordered our vehicle which took less than 30 days to receive. On the day of delivery our BMW was inside the show room waiting and Susan took her time setting up the car for the technical features. She was great at demonstrating the features of our new BMW. Eric in finance had all our paperwork ready by the time we finished the demonstration. Again no surprises and no pressure during signing. The deal we agreed on was exactly what was presented.
