Paul Kolleck is the consummate professional when it comes to customer service at an auto dealership. This is our 3rd X3...but my wife wanted to check out Audis, Volvos, and Mercedes Benz before committing to to customer service at an auto dealership. This is our 3rd X3...but my wife wanted to check out Audis, Volvos, and Mercedes Benz before committing to another BMW. Not only was the X3 better than its competitors, but Paul's helpful advice and interactions set him head and shoulders above any other person we dealt with at other dealerships. Susan Ward helped us understand all the bells and whistles on this car: she patiently worked with my wife to custom tailor all of the features so it feels like its designed just for her. More
