While spending the night with family in N Ky. and reviewing the offer I decided to purchase. We informed Dean the following morning to prepare the BMW for pick-up. Upon arrival I was met at the door by Dean and Paul Kolleck wanting to know if I was a Veteran. If so I would qualified for a percentage discount of which I had no prior knowledge. Dean and Paul had observed me having USAA Insurance carried by most Veterans. This to me shows the Personnel at The BMW Store care greatly about what they can do for their customers and not just the sale of a vehicle.
