Very satisfied with the whole process. Susan Ward was also very helpful in explaining the myriad features of my new BMW and has been a great resource in that regard. Paul understood where we wanted to be with respect to trade in and money down and instantly met our requests which made the purchasing process the easiest that I have ever been involved with. When discussing the maintenance contracts and extended warranties both Paul and Jemar were extremely knowledgeable and pointed out options that we had based on both and suggested the best plans for us at the time of purchase and in the future. Susan was excellent in working with our Susan to review the car, explain all of the functions of the car from the navigation to the media to the different driving modes to the operation of the top and what gas to use.
