Excellent experience My wife and I visited the dealership to start our search for a new car. George met us at the front entrance. He was friendly and knowledgeable. A car was found that fit our interest and we were taken on a test drive learning all about the many features and how the car handled. We told him we were just starting our search and did not try to push us to purchase. During the visit a particular color of the model we were interested in was delivered to the dealership. He made a special effort to let us see it before we left. The entire visit was not about selling a car but makin sure all our questions were answered. After visiting 4 additional dealerships selling different brands we decided the Honda CRV best fit our needs. When we returned to make purchase, George was awesome. The process was smooth and thorough. He smoothly handled a price match on the same vehicle being sold by another dealer.. The “paperwork “ part was handled quickly by T.J.Burke. More

Here, in unfamiliar surroundings, faced with the daunting task of finding the right car (no small investment): That's something I found to be more than a little unsettling! Just lacking the comfort and certainty one feels when living in a new place would be enough. Add that I am (admittedly): (A) Discerning (B) More than a bit skeptical (C) Definite about "what I want" and (D) Absolutely used to getting it! So, when I went to Headquarter Honda/Clermont FL two days ago, the last thing I expected was to drive home in a Honda Civic EX-L. Reaching that happy conclusion, I want to acknowledge Santana (most especially) as well as Tony, T. J. and Robert! A more professional, more accommodating, more genuinely engaged team - "my team" - I can't imagine. I left with a car that is perfect for me...for my needs...for my quirks!
