There was absolutely no pressure to buy—only thoughtful questions aimed at helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. My salesperson, Terry Moore, made the entire process comfortable and transparent, and Taylor Alton somehow managed to make signing all the paperwork far less stressful than expected. A special shout-out to Shane, Tyler, Matt, and others who greeted me, offered water or soda, and made sure I found the perfect car. Great vibes and excellent service all around! More

I had an outstanding experience this week at Toyota of Cleveland. Alfred worked closely with Justice in the finance department, who went above and beyond to secure what genuinely felt like the deal of a lifetime. In today’s market, where prices are high and flexibility is rare, they met every need I had with zero pushback, which I greatly appreciated. Making a large financial decision can be stressful, but the entire team made the process enjoyable. While finalizing my paperwork, I was met with the friendliest group of people who made everything smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I will absolutely be returning to work with these folks again and highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland, specifically Alfred and Justice, to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free car-buying experience. More

I bought a new 2018 Tundra off the showroom floor and ever since that sale, the service and professionalism has brought me back time and time again, even after the warranty expired. So, when I decided to shop for a new Tundra, I found 2 trucks (one at another out of town dealer, and TOC). I reached out to their Internet sales department who made sure my interests were their top priority. I was contacted multiple times leading up to my visit. Once I arrived, Dustin was with me for the duration, made sure that I had everything I needed. I was considering both a trade vs cash pricing so the evaluation of my trade was handled quickly... let me tell you, they love repeat customers. They matched the price of the truck I found at another dealer plus cut an additional amount. They also worked the deal so a family member could purchase my 2018 trade-in. Dustin made sure we were comfortable and handled all of our needs. Managed to get a couple of Toyota hats as we were leaving. I was already a satisfied customer from my 2018 purchase, I anticipate my 2026 will be the same. More
