Well, I ended up buying a new Crosstrek and it was a very easy and very friendly process. Rudy was accommodating in every way - kind, personable, SO helpful, knew his stuff! Teddy was great too! It was like talking to old friends. Would definitely buy from Rudy again. Great ride back to Vermont, driving my new "Vermont State Car" - the SUBARU!!! PS - also was helped by Omar in Service with my old car, and he was great in getting me set, giving me a loaner, etc...... More

I just leased my second vehicle from Garavel Subaru. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle 9 years ago, and upgraded to a 2024 Forester Wilderness. I could not be happier with my vehicle, and the employees (or should I say Family) at Garavel Subaru. Everyone is so wonderful, and they make purchasing a vehicle so easy. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase or lease a vehicle. Rudy was very patient with us through this process, and Logan gave us a great trade-in which made this lease a very smart choice. Tom explained all the details on leasing and the process. Everyone was so kind, and the Service Department was very quick to assess our prior vehicle.
