The salesman we have dealt with for years is now in finance, so we were introduced to a new sales associate. What an incredible pleasure to meet and work with Mr. Abner Turner! Mr. Abner was personable, knowledgable, professional, and AMAZING!! I wasn’t sure which vehicle I wanted and Mr. Abner was patient and attentive while I tried 4 different models. While most dealerships make paper work tedious and long, Mr. Abner made it feel as though we were visiting a friend while needing to tend to business! After the paperwork in financing, Mr. Abner put our tag on and gave us a tutorial on the bells and whistles on my new baby, Civic! Before we left, Mr. Abner gave us his card that included his cell. He told us if we had any questions, concerns, or “problems” to not hesitate to give him a call. Which I gladly used because I decided that I needed to purchase something for my car after we left.
