Overall great car buying experience and great atmosphere. The dealership helped me get out of my previous vehicle with a fair trade in and get me into a newer Ram Laramie that I really liked. The Salesman Turgo T walked me through everything and explained my options to me. He worked very hard to get the deal done and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. The manager Lance also helped to make sure the sale was going smoothly and helped get me the best price. The Finance team Bobby and Terrance explained everything to me and sealed the deal with a fair price and a very good warranty from the dealership. Everyone was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Bayside and they truly treated me like a loyal customer with nothing but respect. Our experience at Bayside Chrysler and Jeep working with Sales Advisor, Turgo Tropnasse, was exceptional. Buying/leasing a new vehicle can be very stressful on its own, but when a couple has differing Sales Advisor, Turgo Tropnasse, was exceptional. Buying/leasing a new vehicle can be very stressful on its own, but when a couple has differing opinions about what are the must-have features of a new vehicle, the stress is extraordinary. Lucky for us, Turgo leaned on his years of experience / EI (emotional intelligence) and observed this situation. He silently checked the inventory and verified availability of a vehicle he believed we would both would love!
