I had an overall good experience when purchasing a Jeep Renegade while being helped by Terrence from finance. However, my experience was not pleasant afterwards when trying to cancel my MOPAR "used maximum Renegade while being helped by Terrence from finance. However, my experience was not pleasant afterwards when trying to cancel my MOPAR "used maximum care" plan which was added on my purchase. I initially contacted MOPAR directly and then the bank who helped with financing this vehicle. After going back and forth for about a month, I was instructed to reach out to Bayside dealership to cancel the plan. I called Bayside on Sept 6th at 1:12pm and Bobby from finance said his computer was booting up and he would send me the cancellation for via email (which I spelled out) as soon as his computer was running. I never got an email and called back at 3:05pm (I spke with receptionist to leave the message and provided a callback number) bbut never got a call back or the form to my email. I called again at 4:53pm and I was left waiting and then sent to voicemail, which I left with a message and callback number and never got a response. I called again on Sept 7th at 12:43pm, at that time Terrence answered and he said since Bobby already spoke with me, he should continue the cancellation process. Terrence asked me to call back in about 30mins as Bobby was not available. I called again at 2:13pm, 2:20pm and 2:29pm and I was never able to get in touch with Bobby. I also emailed Chanel Stevens (one of the managers at Bayside) who said he would get in touch with Bobby or help me with the MOPAR cancellation form (around 3pm), but Chanel never reached out to me even after I sent a follow up email on 9/11. At this time, I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of availability and possible transparency with these business practices. I hope nobody else goes through this nightmare which seems endless while I was just trying to cancel a MOPAR plan which should be a smooth process. More
